Rotational Molds
We create rotational molds (rotomolds) using cast aluminum. The entire process is done in house (except the actual casting). We work with the customer to refine the designs, create a master plug of the piece, then take molds off the plug. The molds that are taken off the plug are then made into suitable patterns to have cast. Once the castings are complete, the rotomold is assembled. Once assembled, additional details can be added (eg. textures).
