Industrial Shape & Form created this 32 inch sprocket pattern mounted on cope & drag boards. The sprocket casting is used for mining equipment machinery.
This set of pattern equipment was made from an existing part in a different material. No drawings or CAD files were used in the creation of this set. The cope side of the set provides pockets to be cast in the part allowing for a lighter casting, while remaining strong enough for its intended use. This pocketing system was engineered in house.
