What We Do
Monorail
From 2006 -2008, we worked on the rebuild of these monorails. We were contracted to work on the interiors of the cars.
Our work began with manufacturing the various types of tooling for the interiors of the cars. The tooling consisted of master plugs & models for the seating, vacuum forming molds for various wall panels and features, as well as hand fitted foam tooling used as fibreglass master plugs.
We also worked to determine installation systems for the interiors. Considerations for weight, flammability, and out-gassing were taken in every specification.
After fibreglass and plastic parts were made, they were hand trimmed and fitted by ISF’s installers into the cars.
